Meet the Team

WILLIAM LIN - Director

I hold the role of overseeing project management, involving the coordination of architects, engineers, and subcontractors to optimize the seamless execution of tasks. My extensive background spans more than 13 years within the construction realm, encompassing both commercial and high-end residential sectors. A strong commitment to craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail underscore my professional ethos.

In collaboration with my team, I am dedicated to facilitating an environment conducive to their optimal performance. I am consistently prepared to actively engage in the operational aspects alongside them. A significant facet of my role entails cultivating meaningful client relationships, thereby translating their renovation aspirations into reality.

Rajnish Dawett

In March 2023, I joined forces with William at Honeycomb Construction, and soon after, I enrolled with BCITO to begin my journey as a first-year apprentice. Hailing from Punjab, India, I made the leap to New Zealand as a student in November 2017. Until February 2023, I lived and worked in Hamilton, spending three years at a butcher shop, where I learned more than I expected.

Now, I've embarked on a new adventure, relocating from Hamilton to Auckland to pursue my passion for construction. Building something meaningful has always been my dream, and I'm fully committed to giving my best to every task I undertake. My heart is in this career, and I'm determined to excel. Count on it.

Jeminii Glasgow - Past Employee

I started working for Honeycomb construction in June 2020 and signed a contract with BCITO shortly after. I am enthusiastic first-year apprentice who never turns up late and loves being a part of a team.

I am New Zealand Māori and grew up in the Hokianga. The last 5 years I have enjoyed working as an international flight attendant for Air New Zealand. Being exposed to new places, people and culture really give the opportunity to reflect on what’s most important in life.
